Raise-The-Grade is proud to have experienced instructors who collectively have 175+ years of experience in the areas of hospitality/lodging, food preparation, food service, corporate training, marketing/sales, purchasing, catering, business financials, secondary and collegiate education, and of course customer service.

We offer fully interactive livestream food safety courses which are designed for each individual to be successful on the ServSafe Manager exam. These courses and can taken from any location with a WiFi connection and includes the remote procter ServSafe Manager exam through ProctorU.

Instructor led in-person courses are available throughout the North Carolina and South Carolina regions. These courses are completed in 1-day with the ServSafe Manager exam done on the same day.
