Railsware is a product development agency built around one idea: engineers who ship their own products make better decisions on yours. Founded in 2007, we've grown into a ~200-person team working across the globe, split between client consulting and our own SaaS products (Mailtrap, Coupler.io, TitanApps).

We use our proprietary BRIDGeS discovery framework to move from a rough product idea to a validated, buildable scope quickly, and AI tooling (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, LangChain) to build faster without lowering the engineering bar.

Our work has helped take Calendly from early-stage startup to unicorn, alongside BrightBytes, TradeZella, ParentSquare, and Seedtime.
