The Radical Agreement Project

The Radical Agreement Project helps in-house trainers and organizations develop real workplace skills ( Listening, communication, adaptability, and collaboration) using practical, low-risk exercises that actually stick. Our sessions use improv-based methods not for performance, but for practice.

Teams learn by doing: responding in real time, working through uncertainty, and building trust without artificial role-play or lectures.

The Radical Agreement Project works nationally with a distributed network of experienced facilitators. Founder Terry Withers is a former sales professional and longtime improv instructor who built and led the sales team at NYC’s Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.
