Purpose In Action is the fractional COO and operational advisory practice of David Schofield, working with founder-led businesses of 5–50 people ($500k–$15M) across the UK and US.

An embedded operator, not a consultant. Every engagement installs four things and then hands them back: forward cash visibility 30–90 days out, decision authority written down as limits, a weekly leadership rhythm that produces decisions rather than updates, and one accountable owner for every critical outcome.

Delivered by David Schofield personally. No associates and no bench, so the person who scopes the work is the person in the room.

Engagements begin with a paid 4-Week Operational Assessment. Founder Operational Advisory runs $3,500–$7,500 a month for three to six months. The embedded Fractional COO engagement runs $8,500–$15,000 a month, one to three days a week.
