Pulsev was founded in 2018 by Erik, a project manager who spent years delivering large-scale Magento projects at a digital agency. He saw firsthand how bloated platforms and oversized teams made e-commerce projects slower, more expensive, and more painful than they needed to be — for both merchants and the people building their stores.

When Shopify started winning over serious merchants, Erik made a deliberate bet: go all-in on one platform, go independent, and build something leaner. Pulsev was that something.

Over 7 years later, we are a certified Shopify Plus Partner and a small, senior team of Shopify developers and consultants — all of us with agency backgrounds, none of us interested in going back. The Plus Partner status is not a badge we display lightly; it reflects the complexity of projects we take on and the standard Shopify holds us to. We work exclusively on Shopify and Shopify Plus, which means we go deeper on the platform than any generalist agency can. Our specialty has become complex B2B wholesale environments and migrations from platforms like Magento and WooCommerce — the kinds of projects where real platform experience matters.

Beyond the storefront, we handle the integrations that make a store actually run — including ERP connections to business software like Directo and Erply, multi-storefront architectures for merchants operating across several markets, subscription commerce, and custom Shopify app development.
