Proxxa is an AI automation and web agency based in Mexico City, founded by Raphael Zamorano Segura. We help small and medium businesses stop losing customers to slow replies. Our flagship product is a WhatsApp AI assistant — built on Claude and n8n — that answers customer questions, qualifies leads, quotes prices, books appointments and hands off to a human when needed, around the clock and in natural language. Unlike "toy" chatbots, our assistants are connected to the tools a business already uses, trained on its own information, and everything is measured. We also build fast, conversion-focused websites and offer a 48-hour AI audit as an entry point.
