Proekspert

Mission-critical software, since 1993.

Proekspert is a European industrial software engineering company.

We build mission-critical software for industrial manufacturers and OEMs across HVAC, equipment manufacturing, industrial automation, energy and renewables, and transportation. Our code keeps tunnels safe, reactors cooled, factories running, and homes warm. The kind of software that runs quietly in the background of modern life.

What we do. Embedded software development, industrial IoT and device-to-cloud integration, industrial AI and predictive analytics, cybersecurity and compliance (IEC 62443, EU Cyber Resilience Act, OWASP ASVS), test automation, user-facing tools for operators and field technicians.

Who we work with. Long-term partnerships with European industrial manufacturers. 20+ years with Danfoss, 5+ years with Stiebel Eltron, multi-year engagements with LINAK, ESA, and others. Industrial-grade software, end-to-end accountability from architecture to deployment, low team churn so the team you start with is the team you finish with.

Where we work. 150+ engineers across 5 offices: Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Kuressaare, and Helsinki, plus remote teammates across the EU. Employee-owned since 2015. Self-managed teams since 2013.

Why clients choose us. Engineering rigor for systems that can't fail. Compliance by design (CRA and IEC 62443 ready). Stable teams that stay with you across full product lifecycles. 30+ years of doing exactly this.
