That Product Studio (TPS) is a London-based AI-native product studio and consultancy founded by Julien Cook and Andrew Birdsall. TPS helps enterprises in regulated sectors — banking, energy, and higher education.

Services include user research, product design, AI development, and rapid discovery and generative AI sprints, covering the full product lifecycle from opportunity mapping and user testing through to production builds.

TPS's multi-year partnership with UK Power Networks on local net zero planning contributed to £199 million in customer benefits and 7,397 tonnes of carbon avoided, including delivery of the Your Local Net Zero Hub. Its partnership with King's College London health research platform is used by researchers at Stanford, the NHS, and the NIHR.

TPS is AI-native in practice: agentic workflows run through its own research synthesis, analysis, and delivery, and the team ships AI features into production while helping client teams build their own AI skills and workflows.
