Premium Framework Inc. (IT Delivery Assurance) is an Ottawa-based advisory practice that keeps complex technology programs on track — and rescues them when they aren't. We provide five services: IT Delivery Health Check, Delivery Governance Assurance, Portfolio Risk Assurance, Project Recovery Diagnostic, and Vendor Performance & Contract Assurance.

Our principal has led delivery for more than 20 years across federal departments, municipal transit, public safety, defence, healthcare, and telecom — environments where multiple vendors, regulators, and accountabilities meet and the cost of drift is high. The same delivery-failure patterns hit mission-driven and nonprofit organizations rolling out CRM, grants, ERP, and case-management systems.
