Hi, I'm Jayson. I run Polyviam - a boutique coaching and strategy consulting practice - based in London. I work with CEOs and founders, CMOs, CGOs, and CPOs of established B2B businesses to help them achieve their growth ambitions.

Sometimes this is light-touch, one-step-removed coaching work, where I probe, guide, advise, and challenge, but you ultimately drive.

Sometimes this is in-the-weeds, hands-on, talking-to-your-customers, stakeholder workshopping, messy strategy engagements. Could be on positioning, performance marketing, product strategy, or the business operating model. It's usually a combination as they are never self-contained silos.

All engagements are grounded in the AI-reality of 2026, with me being a daily user to build businesses and operations for myself, and others.

I'm a former Deloitte consultant, and ex growth senior director at 2 US-based unicorns where I contributed 35% ARR growth at both on a £150/180M base.
