• Intro call to learn about the idea and needs

Sign an NDA, receive available project specifications and artifacts. If not available - organize a Discovery stage

In-depth analysis of specifications and goals with a further Q&A session and planning stage.

• Prepare the proposal: roadmap+estimation
• Discuss the proposal, finalize the details, sign the contract, and start the development

If you're interested in staff augmentation to extend your team, we provide engineers' CVs and schedule the interview.

The way we work with our clients is not a traditional outsourcing/outstaffing model, it’s fundamentally about building a team together, which means sharing ownership of all the work needed.
