The founder of Phoenix IT spent many years working as the director of information technology for a large corporation. During this time, he saw many small to mid-size business owners falling through the cracks of larger managed IT service provider’s firms. It became apart that these smaller companies were paying for services they really weren’t receiving. A vision was born of a company that could bring enterprise-level IT experience to the small to mid-size business market.
