The People Advisory LLC

The People Advisory is a Kansas City-based HR consulting firm specializing in talent selection, assessment, and employee engagement for mid-size businesses. Founded by an organizational psychologist, we help leadership teams move from reactive people problem management to proactive people strategy — using evidence-based methods, not guesswork.

Our two core services:

Selection & Assessment — A structured process that helps you confidently identify candidates who will perform in the role and align with your culture

Employee Engagement — A comprehensive assessment that uncovers what's truly driving disengagement, performance issues, and turnover with a clear action plan to fix it

We work best with organizations that are serious about building a high-performing, healthy team and are ready to use data to get there.
