PEO Cashflow

PEO Cashflow is the channel program of Employer Advantage Plan, for mid-market Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) with 100 to 500 client employers under management.

Partner PEOs add a Section 125 supplemental health benefit layer to their service stack. Their client employers could save up to $640 per full-time W-2 employee per year on employer FICA through pre-tax supplemental contributions. Partner PEOs earn a competitive recurring revenue share on every covered employee under their book.

The program runs in the opposite direction of broker-to-PEO referral partnerships. Where broker programs have produced disappointing results across two decades, PEO Cashflow inverts the channel direction so both sides' economics point the same way.

Implementation requires zero new headcount, zero new technology integration, and approximately four to six hours per client per year for compliance administration. The PEO's existing payroll system handles the pre-tax deductions through the same flow used for HSA and FSA contributions.
