Pay2Win Agency is a performance-driven growth partner for businesses in the European and Ukrainian market, offering two core services: paid traffic & lead generation, and full-cycle recruitment.

Marketing. We operate on a results-first model — clients pay only after receiving measurable outcomes. New partners start with a free trial of 100 unique leads, with no contracts, no upfront payments, and no obligations. If the test works, we build a joint scaling strategy together. Long-term cooperation is structured around three flexible models: Revenue Share (% of closed deal profit), CPA (fixed payout per lead or client), and % of Ad Spend (KPI-agreed, payment only after achievement). We manage the full paid marketing infrastructure across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, Taboola, LinkedIn Ads, and Apple Search Ads — selecting and scaling only the channels that deliver. Geo-targeting is available down to a 1 km radius. All client data and results are protected under a bilateral NDA; we never publish cases without consent.

Recruiting. We handle end-to-end talent acquisition through a structured 10-step process — from job briefing and multi-source talent search (LinkedIn, AI data, Telegram communities, Djinni, Upwork, Fiverr) to video-recorded interviews, offer negotiation, and post-placement adaptation support. Our fee is one monthly salary of the hired candidate: 30% upon engagement start, 70% after successful probation completion. Clients only pay the majority once the hire is confirmed successful.
