We facilitates early stage startups getting them network with VCs and Angel Investers along with other services like Market Analytics, Staff Augmentation, Payroll Management, Hourly Manpower supply along with Permanent and contractual Hiring.We have so many success stories where we have created entire teams of 40+ early stage startups from scratch i.e. 0-1, 1-100 & 100-200 and more.Paddlelift is founded by 3 Co-Founders, wherein all have more than 14 years of Industry experience, and the entire team is handpicked from startup market, which contains veterans as well, in order to actually understand the starup hiring bottlenecks and address them well with fully equipped approach. we maintained our 80% joining ratio with Avg TAT of closing reqs as 15 days.
