Overdrive is an AI-native software consultancy from Brazil, founded in 2019 by two senior engineers. We design, build, and operate custom software (web platforms, mobile apps, APIs, and integrations) with a delivery pipeline rebuilt around AI-augmented engineering.

AI-native is not a label on a rate card. Our entire development process runs on agentic tooling we built ourselves and battle-test on our own products: in 2026 we shipped eight mobile apps to Google Play and the App Store (Flutter and Godot), publishing, monetizing, and operating them in-house. Client engagements inherit that pipeline, which means senior-quality delivery on fixed-scope builds in a fraction of the usual timeline.

What we deliver:

Track record: the field-operations app suite used by 1,000+ workers at Klabin, Brazil’s largest paper producer; two SaaS platforms for a Schneider Electric group manufacturer; and the financing platform Sol Agora grew on past R$ 1.8 billion issued.

Every engagement is founder-led: one partner owns architecture, the other runs delivery. Fully remote, English and Portuguese, working hours overlapping the US and Europe.
