OuroAI is an AI consultancy that helps mid-market companies move from scattered, individual AI use to a governed agentic ecosystem — one that automates real work and can be measured.

Most mid-size organizations already have AI inside them; what they don't have is AI under management. Teams use it on their own: private chats, personal prompts, disconnected tools, no governance and no visibility. That creates value for individuals and almost none for the company, because it neither scales nor survives an audit.

OuroAI closes that gap through a staged engagement: a diagnosis of the organization's current AI maturity, the design of an agentic architecture that fits the systems already in place, a first agent in production solving a priority business problem with real integrations into CRM, ERP and internal databases, and continuous evolution of the ecosystem from there. Running alongside the build is hands-on enablement, so the client's own team can design and operate agents rather than depend on an external vendor, plus the operating model, policies and compliance framework the ecosystem runs under.

The practice is organized around a four-level maturity model, from fragmented personal use through centralized secure access and a cross-organizational agent layer, to AI embedded in core business operations.
