Founded by Chris Latham, who brings 25 years of hands-on experience in motor claims, credit hire, insurance operations and service delivery, Optimus translates AI from hype into real workflow improvements.

We specialise in insurance brokers, motor claims and accident management firms, vehicle leasing and fleet, legal and claims businesses, and customer-service-led SMEs. Our work starts with how the business actually runs, not the technology.
