We help small and medium-sized businesses operate secure, reliable and predictable IT environments through managed services, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, backup, monitoring, network infrastructure and end-user support.
Our team covers assessment, IT strategy, implementation and ongoing operations. Through our subsidiary optimIT Medical Care GmbH in Leipzig, we also support medical practices and care centers with practice IT, CGM ALBIS and TURBOMED, telematics infrastructure, cybersecurity and day-to-day support.
