NZeeGroup is a Kuwait-based HR and management consulting firm working with companies in Kuwait since November 2017. We help organizations build or restructure HR functions that actually work — practically, legally, and strategically.

Coaching is one of the things that most distinguishes how we deliver. International firms tend to design the project and leave; we stay with the leader through implementation, which is where most transformations actually fail.

Psychometric assessments are often treated as a recruitment add-on. For larger organizations they support much more — succession planning, leadership development, and restructuring. We use different assessments depending on objectives. Assessments are used for special initiatives like Women Empowerment projects, assisting high schools' students to choose the right college and assisting university students to choose their major and even their future best jobs fit.
