NPlays is a full-cycle digital studio specializing in game development, mobile apps, and web platforms. Founded in 2019, we work with product teams and founders who need a real production partner — not a vendor that hands off a Figma file and disappears.

We're a senior-only team. The engineer who scopes your project is the same person building it, from kickoff to handoff. No juniors on your codebase, no account managers in the middle.

Our work spans six areas: original game development for Steam and mobile, Android and iOS app development with a focus on retention and onboarding, full-stack web platforms and SaaS products, server-authoritative multiplayer and live ops infrastructure, game UI/UX and interactive browser experiences, and internal dev tools for studios that have outgrown spreadsheets.

We've shipped titles like Checkmated King, grown apps like Trivia Tackle past 100K downloads, and rebuilt onboarding flows that moved D7 retention from 18% to 34%. We work on a focused intake — three projects per quarter — so every engagement gets our full attention.

You leave with a codebase you own outright, documented so anyone can pick it up. We don't build dependencies.
