Nord Marketing builds and ranks websites for home-service and trades businesses. Web design, SEO, Google Business Profile, AI search, and paid ads on Google and Meta, run as one system and measured in booked jobs instead of clicks.

We work with local home-service businesses and trades contractors. HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, moving, and appliance repair. The focus is the point. We know how someone searches when the furnace quits at six in the evening, and what a page has to do to be the call they make.

Most trades sites do one job well and fail the other two. They load slow, they are awkward on a phone, or they look sharp and rank for nothing. A great-looking site with no traffic is just an expensive brochure.

Design, build, rank, and convert are one line of work here instead of four. Structure and speed go in first, then SEO on top. If a site already ranks, we map every old page to the new one, so years of traffic do not vanish on launch day. Pages get built so Google and AI can read them, because owners are already being named, or skipped, in AI answers.

Ads are optional, not the plan. Organic takes months to compound, so Google and Meta ads can carry the phone in the meantime, and we run them month to month with the ad spend paid direct so nothing is locked up. If you do not need them, we say so.

The work comes down to three things. Getting local home-service and trades companies into the top five on the searches that bring real work. Building a site people call from, not one that only looks good. And answering leads fast, because the business that replies first is usually the one that books the job.

We do not promise a top-three spot. Nobody can. It is consistency and real work, and real traction usually shows in three to six months.
