Nimble Advisors is a fractional HR consulting firm based in Miami, Florida, serving small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. We give growing companies senior-level HR leadership — strategy, compliance, and people systems — without the cost of a full-time hire.

Founder Alex Santos brings more than 20 years of senior HR experience, an M.B.A. from the University of Miami, and an M.S. in Instructional Systems from Florida State University — a combination that bridges business strategy and the science of human performance. He also co-founded Miami Payroll Center in 2004.
