Nexa Event is an event management company with its registered office in Dubai and a branch in Abu Dhabi. We handle the government side of events end to end. Event permits in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah are applied under Nexa Event's own trade licences; for certain permit categories, additional requirements apply — we confirm exactly what is needed for your event. The authorities we work with include the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET, formerly DTCM) in Dubai, the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT), the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA), Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), the Dubai Sports Council, the Ministry of Culture, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Dubai Civil Defence, plus build-up approvals for venues such as DWTC and ADNEC.Alongside permits, we deliver event registration services — online registration and invitations, QR check-in, badge printing and attendance reporting — event equipment rentals (laptops, badge printers and scanners) with on-site technical support, event staffing, and branded collateral: lanyards, badges, signage and custom giveaways. We work with UAE-based organizers and with international teams bringing events into the Emirates.
