About New Orleans Web Design

NOWDS is owned and operated solely by Jennifer Smith Freire, A New Orleans native who works from her home-based office in Metairie. In her early design years (late 1990’s), she attended NOCCA and The University of New Orleans. In 2003 she received her B.A. in Fine Arts and pursued a career in website design. She brings to the table over 20 years of graphic design, photography, and website design, and various coding technologies.
