Nar Design Studio

Nar Design Studio is a multi-award-winning luxury interior design firm based in Brickell, Miami, founded by architects and interior designers Nicholas Gennari and Roberto Racy. The studio specializes in high-end residential interiors — luxury condominiums, penthouses, waterfront estates, and bespoke commercial environments — delivering a seamless, full-service experience from initial concept through construction completion and final styling.

Our design philosophy is rooted in wellness and biophilic principles. Every project is conceived as a refined spatial experience that promotes comfort, balance, and a deeper connection to nature — achieved through organic materiality, sculptural lighting, and intentional spatial flow. We don't apply a signature aesthetic to every home. Instead, each project is shaped by how our clients actually live.

Our scope covers interior architecture, space planning, lighting design, custom millwork design, construction coordination, furnishing procurement, art advisory, and turnkey project delivery. We manage every detail — specifications, procurement, contractor oversight, code compliance — so our clients experience peace of mind at every stage.
