The MOSS ICT Consultancy was set up in Addis Ababa the following year after extensive market research in Ethiopia. MOSS is focused exclusively on the Ethiopian market for the delivery of mobile money services. We have developed strong business relationships on the ground including financial institutions and the mobile network Ethio Telecom. MOSS is a spin out of NCL Technologies, a mobile software development company with more than 10 years experience in developing mission critical mobile applications.
