About MonFri
MonFri is an employer branding and recruitment marketing agency in Amsterdam. We help companies of 50 employees and up attract the people they need, and keep them.
Work is only part of Monday to Friday. So we start with the life of the talent rather than with the vacancy, and we end at the client's numbers: qualified applications, cost per hire, retention. Everything in between is modular: employer value proposition and strategy, creative content produced in house, career platforms that convert, and full-funnel job marketing.
We work for Adyen, Picnic, ASML, Vinted, Catawiki, Rituals and Keune, and we are just as at home in the sectors where hiring actually hurts: technology, industry, construction and logistics. Creative work without results is not employer branding.
