MindGears Technologies builds web, mobile, and desktop software for clients in the US, UK, and Europe. We are small, senior, and founder-led: the person who designs your system also writes the critical code.

Our longest client came to us after five agencies had taken months without delivering a working proof of concept. Ours shipped in weeks and has run every trading day since. That was 13 years ago, and we now run four production platforms for them. A later one replaced a buggy build they had inherited from another developer. If your project has stalled, or you have inherited a codebase you do not trust, that is the work we do best.

We are deliberately not a single-stack shop. We choose the technology for the problem: C# and .NET, Python, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Angular, Flutter, React Native, on SQL Server and PostgreSQL, in Azure and AWS. Our founder has been shipping production software since 2008.

Our deepest domain is trading and financial systems. Automated stock and options execution against live brokerage accounts. A seasonal analysis engine over 20+ years of price history. An options strategy modeller. A subscription platform serving 13,000+ registered users.

We also ship our own products, so our practices are tested on software we have to live with. PortfolioPulse, a multi-asset portfolio tracker, is live on Google Play and carries 3,240 automated tests.

How we work: weekly demos, so you are never more than two weeks from seeing working software. Written architecture decisions. A regression test kept for every bug found. And honest status reporting, which means we tell you what is done, what is deployed, and what is neither.
