MHF Creative

MHF Creative is a London-based strategic corporate video production agency working with marketing, HR and communications leaders at mid-market and enterprise organisations across the UK.

We specialise in recruitment videos, employer brand films, executive leadership videos, case study videos and brand storytelling, producing work for organisations in financial services, legal, SaaS and professional services where clarity, governance and brand confidence matter as much as the film itself.

Founded in 2013, we've built a trusted network of senior creatives and production crew extending across the UK, EMEA, the USA and Australia. Every project begins with structured discovery, message definition and audience clarity before cameras are involved, so the final film lands with trust and performs where it matters.

We're not a content mill. We're a strategic partner that reverse engineers every film around the audience it needs to engage ,working with brands including Klarna, American Express, AON, Canary Wharf Group and Evelyn Partners.
