MFX has a strong presence in the U.S. P&C midmarket and currently processes 2.7 billion in force premiums in a SaaS model. Its service portfolio includes business and technology consulting services, a platform as a service solution, hybrid cloud and infrastructure solutions (including cybersecurity), core insurance platform implementation and integration, as well as P&C industry BPO services. MFX works with multiple Tier 1 technology partners, particularly the leading cloud-hosting companies, as well as insurance-focused partners such as FirstBest Systems (now Guidewire), Duck Creek Technologies, First Gen, and Instec.
