MEV Consultancy was founded because the IT recruitment market has a persistent problem: most recruiters are excellent at process but lack the domain knowledge to evaluate technical candidates accurately. After 10+ years delivering healthcare IT programmes at Founda Health Canada, Philips Electronics, and through independent consultancy — including a $5M banking core systems cloud migration, SCADA/NERC CIP cybersecurity assessments, and province-wide BC Health Authority interoperability initiatives — I know exactly what the right candidate looks like for these roles.
