Margerin Associates installs the sales management system that owner-led B2B companies need once growth outpaces how they sell. The operating premise is that underperformance is rarely a people problem. It is the absence of a system, and no rep or accountability push produces lasting results without one.

The work is installation rather than advice. Engagements build four elements: sales strategy tied to the market, sales infrastructure covering process, metrics and role clarity, sales management with credible forecasting and pipeline discipline, and sales team development against assessed staffing and skill gaps.

Delivery follows three phases. DESIGN assesses the sales department and designs the infrastructure. BUILD installs process, compensation, go-to-market motion, and CRM. EXECUTE runs team management, pipeline building, coaching, and recruiting.

Delivery is grounded in Sales Xceleration's Certified Sales Operating Management System, and Margerin Associates is a named Sales Xceleration Top Advisor. Clients are typically US B2B companies with a sales team of two or more.
