Lumen & Lever is an independent AI audit and technical due diligence firm in Melbourne. Our flagship engagement, The AI Verdict, examines an organisation's AI contracts, licences and systems in fifteen working days and decides every line: keep, fix or kill, with the dollar figure and the evidence cited to page and clause. It closes with a two-page paper written to be read by a board. The fee is fixed and published, and it is guaranteed twice: refunded in full if delivery misses fifteen working days, and refunded in full if the Ledger identifies less than twice the fee in recoverable cost and priced exposure. Independence is the product: no vendor commissions, no reseller margins, and the fix is never sold inside a verdict, so the answer cannot be rigged in our favour.
