Lorien Web

Lorien Web LLC is a solo web design and development studio founded by Phil Linley in Galloway, Ohio. I work directly with small businesses, nonprofits, churches, and community organizations that need a thoughtful web presence without agency overhead or platform lock-in.

Before starting Lorien Web, I spent years as a web developer at Meta and at The Shipyard, one of the largest independent ad agencies in Central Ohio. I bring that level of engineering discipline to projects of any size, without the layers, markups, or hand-offs that come with larger firms.

Every site is hand-coded, responsive, and built with accessibility from the start. I offer custom website design and development, website redesigns, landing pages, website audits (UX, SEO, and accessibility).

Pricing is transparent and fixed. Scope is defined before a single line of code is written. And after launch, I stay on as a quiet partner, reachable by the same person who built the site.
