We just started in 2017 as a team with an extensive experience in installing, configuring and maintaining IT Infrastructure for Small and Medium Business. We are able to listen and understand our clients’ needs and plan and implement solutions that work for your business, both in the short term and long term.

As we are also a small business, we are able to offer you a much more personalized service when you are dealing with us. We give you a few different ways to work with us to better suit your needs and are always ready to listen if there are things we can do better.

Approximately 80% of our work is performed offsite via the use of various remote management tools and access methods. This allows us to be able to respond very quickly to fix a problem you or your staff may have. Our support line operates from 8am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday, however, there is after hours emergency numbers available should the need arise you can always reach us after hours.

Computer networks, without a good on-going maintenance plan, will become slow, unreliable and eventually fail (just like cars). While we are happy to work on a completely Ad-Hoc basis, we highly recommend retaining the services of one of our IT Management plans to keep your infrastructure in good health.
