Our strategy forward is owner operated facilites, removing risk from expiring leases and cost hikes. Featuring our new Ellabell, GA. facility, completed in Dec. 2025, offers 1,000,000 sq.ft. of tracked positions only 17 miles from the port of Savannah, South Carolina. Next year, look out for the opening of our Apple Vally, Ca. facility which will preceed the Barstow International Gateway Project which was approved June 16th 2026 by the Barstow City Council. This will enable development of a inland rail "highway" pulling cargo within the vicinity of our facility. More to come.
