Lean Elevation is a process improvement consulting company aimed at helping small to medium sized businesses improve quality. "Lean" is a quality improvement concept that helps businesses eliminate waste which frees up resources, reduces waste, improves cycle times, and more. We start most improvement contracts by helping management and staff learn lean concepts and performing "waste walks" where we help remove waste from everyday processes. If you are a business with under 50 in staff you may qualify for 50-100% off training and consulting services.
