Founded by Hunter Norsworthy, LaunchPad Marketing was created with a clear mission in mind: to bridge the marketing gap for home service businesses. With a decade of experience in the home service industry and five years experience in real estate & property management, Hunter has a better understanding than most marketers of what the day-to-day life looks like as a home service business owner. He also spent three years on the marketing team of a large corporate home service business, and during that time he gained valuable insights into the strategies big companies use to drive growth.

Recognizing that smaller businesses often lack the resources to implement similar strategies, Hunter set out to offer effective marketing solutions designed to level the playing field.
