Launch & Prosper Launch & Prosper Consulting Group was established by Principal consultant Kyla Taylor in 2015. Our mission is to support start-ups, develop existing enterprises and strengthen organizations in rural communities through business intelligence, strategic planning, creative solutions, and project management.
Our ultimate goal: helping to develop and sustain a healthy economy for present and future generations. We value the importance of bringing people to the table. As leaders and collaborators, we leverage the talents of internal teams and external key partners to develop comprehensive solutions for reasonable and sustainable implementation.
We work closely with private ventures, public organizations and their stakeholders to define priorities, develop market position and capitalize on opportunities while mitigating challenges or risk along the way. Critical thinking and communication are our greatest strengths. Our ability to understand and distill complex systems, clarify and build relationships enables us to develop sustainable operating and service delivery models.
