Launch Lab

It is really difficult to find exceptional talent to join your teams.

Most Hiring Managers are time-poor. That's why they are hiring. But it takes their time and their deep understanding of the tech to scale a team well. CV reviews, interviews, assessments, only to lose the candidate because the whole thing took too long.

It can be a frustrating process.Until now.

Launch Lab bring talent identification, screening and detailed technical assessment under one roof. We find best-in-class specialists for our time-poor clients. And we do it quickly with full reports and assessment recordings shared.

One person or a full team. Permanent or flexible.

We have a global talent network, so are not limited by the trends in single talent markets.

We work with contractors, job-seekers and uniquely with software consultancy partners utilising their "benched talent". So our clients get access to a huge spectrum of talent.

So if you are struggling for time and need to scale your team Launch Lab has the solution.
