Lattice Innovations is a solution design firm that converts technology ideas into readily usable systems.

Based in Delhi, Lattice was founded in September 2014. Since inception, Lattice has designed & developed over 50 technology solutions, and deployed 12 of them in the field.

Lattice’s clients are based in southeast Asia and the United States. They include the World Health Organization, Fortune 50 firms, startups ranging from genomics to public health, 1000+ bed tertiary hospitals, and non-profits.

Lattice gives form to its clients’ technology ideas – partnering with them through all phases of product development – needs assessment, conceptualization, design, prototyping, deployment and scale-up.

In 2015, Lattice received the BIRAC biotechnology ignition grant (BIG) award, for its innovative work in developing affordable tele-ICU solutions. Lattice was judged the best startup in digital health, emergency and critical care at BioAsia 2017. In the same year, it received a SPARSH grant for developing virtual reality based systems for balance disorder rehabilitation. The solution was successfully commercialized in 2021.

Lattice has executed multiple initiatives supported by USAID, a US federal agency that is one of the largest development funding agencies worldwide. Since 2018, Lattice has been a design & development partner for NeoPORT, a project supported by Grand Challenges Canada, the world’s largest funder of innovations that support public health initiatives.
