laizee.ai is an AI company based in Aachen and Cologne that specializes in natural language processing and custom AI development for the B2B sector.The founding team combines over 12 years of NLP research with practical experience in the energy sector, industry and plant manufacturing, software development, and data science.

The offering is divided into two areas:Under the Product Assistant, laizee.ai develops custom-configured AI chatbots based on a Graph RAG architecture for internal knowledge management and external product consulting. Unlike generic chatbots, the company’s logic (products, processes, standards) is linked in a structured manner within a custom knowledge graph.The AI Custom Development division creates tailor-made solutions. The focus is on information extraction from complex documents. Other implemented use cases include, for example: an AI-powered customer service system with automated email processing, as well as anomaly detection in sensor data streams.

The approach is the same in both areas: the starting point is always the customer’s specific problem. The laizee team delves deeply into data, processes, and subject matter expertise before designing a solution. Initial results are delivered as a working prototype - typically within a few weeks - and can be tested directly in a real-world work environment. The solution is iteratively refined through short feedback cycles with subject matter experts on the client side. Requirements that remain invisible on paper become apparent in the prototype.
