About LA Commercial

Los Angeles Commercial was originally founded in 2010 as a boutique real estate firm mainly representing LA based buyers of out-of-state single tenant NNN properties. The concept came from Peter Ciriello's experience with the majority of his clientele since 2003. Most clients were tired of owning multifamily with the hassles and maintenance involved and wanted to move into more "turn-key" properties with decent cash flow in a 1031 exchange.
