Every engagement is milestone-gated: you review and approve work before we move forward, and you only pay when milestones are delivered. All managed engagements include a two-week risk-free trial — if it's not the right fit, you don't pay.
Our engineers are drawn from the top 5% of applicants, assessed through a rigorous multi-stage process covering live coding, LLM architecture, system design, and domain-specific AI tasks.
