Managed Development Retainer. 40-hour monthly minimum, 30-day cancellation, weekly Friday progress reports. You own the code and IP from day one.

Fixed-Scope Project Build. Milestone pricing for clearly defined work: MVPs, feature packages, migrations, rebuilds. $15K minimum. No blind quotes.
