Kevin Kahn Web Development is a small shop in Wilmington, Delaware. When you hire me, I'm the one who scopes your project and writes the code, and I'm still the one who answers when you call six months later.

Every site is hand-coded. I don't use WordPress page-builders or template themes, because they carry weight your visitors pay for in load time and they lock owners into plugins and monthly fees. Building from scratch takes me longer and costs you less over the life of the site, and you own the whole thing outright: code, content, and domain.

Most of my clients are local businesses that need the phone to ring. Hardwood flooring, landscaping and hardscaping, tax preparation. The work usually runs past the website itself into Google Business Profile cleanup, local SEO, and Google Ads, because a site nobody can find isn't doing its job.

The newer piece is AI search visibility. People increasingly ask ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity for a recommendation instead of scrolling a results page, and those answers get built from sources most business owners have never heard of. I audit where a business does and doesn't show up across those engines, then fix what's fixable.

I'm Google AI Essentials certified, and I spent 25 years in digital marketing before this, running SEO, email, and operations for a Delaware e-commerce company.
