About Keelroot
Keelroot is a software studio architecting and shipping mission-critical systems for funded founders and B2B operators.
We build the systems a company cannot switch off: complex backends, custom B2B platforms, SaaS products, on-chain infrastructure. The ones that take the business down with them when they fail.
Founders come to us with a product the market already wants and no way to build it properly. Operators come to us when the software they run on is quietly costing them money — the wrong tool, or one that never fit to begin with. We have built in fintech, in manufacturing, and on-chain, and the standard never moves.
Clients hire Keelroot because of Mirko. He leads every project through meticulous architecture and relentless execution, and that is why the work holds. He runs the weekly calls himself, from the first blueprint to long after launch.
Every engagement opens with a planning phase: architecture, scope and cost on the table before anyone writes code. From there we build, ship, and keep the system running as the business grows - maintenance, performance, new features, and emergency response with a four-hour SLA when something goes down at 2am.
US and European clients, on their hours.
