KC Event Videos is Kansas City's premier cinematic event studio. We film corporate conferences, galas, fundraisers, trade shows, concerts, and brand activations across the KC metro — and we do it with the kind of craft and equipment you usually only see in commercial film.
Our crew brings 4K and 6K cinema cameras, professional audio, and years of experience filming high-stakes events where there are no second takes. Same-day edits are available while your event is still running. Full films typically deliver within 7–10 business days.
We cover both sides of State Line — downtown Kansas City, the convention district, Johnson County, Overland Park, Leawood, and everywhere in between — at the same rate, no travel fees.
